Return and Cancellation Policy

Please read this Return and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter: the "Policy") carefully before placing an order on the website [valleyheartvintage.com] and before using the website (collectively referred to as the “Website”), which is updated from time to time. This Policy, together with the Website's Terms of Use [Terms of Use] and Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy], governs the terms of engagement between you (also referred to as the "Customer") and Valley Heart Vintage (hereinafter: the "Company").This Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it applies equally to all genders.This Policy exclusively governs your rights regarding the cancellation of transactions with the store at various stages of the transaction, subject to and without derogating from the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder, as amended from time to time (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law"). For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the law and this Policy, the law shall prevail.


1. Cancellation of a Transaction After Order PlacementThe customer is entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days (from the date of the transaction) and receive a refund as detailed below, subject to presentation of a receipt, provided that the product's tag has not been removed, the product has not been used, and it is returned in its original packaging. All conditions are subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.If the customer sends a cancellation notice using one of the methods listed in Section 2 below and returns the product to the address provided in Section 2 within 14 days from sending the cancellation notice, they will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower.Please note: items that are damaged or have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are only possible in the physical store at the address listed in Section 2 below. That is, items cannot be exchanged via the website. Shipping costs paid will not be refunded. 2. Submitting a Cancellation Notice

2.1 Items may be returned, in addition to sending a cancellation notice as detailed in Section 2, via one of the following methods:

A. Registered mail to the company’s physical store at: 75 HaYarden St., Givat Ko’ah (refund only). Attn: Valley Heart Vintage.

B. Physical delivery to the company’s physical store (however, the refund will be processed through the website’s customer service, not in the store itself).

2.2 A cancellation notice in accordance with this Policy should be submitted via email to: valleyheartvintage@gmail.com, with the subject line: "Transaction Cancellation."2.3 The cancellation notice must include the following details: full name (as registered on the site), email address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.2.4 Please note: if the customer returned items via registered mail (as per A above), they must include the tracking number. If the return was made via physical delivery (as per B above), they must specify the reason for the return (hereinafter: the "Cancellation Notice"). For clarity, shipping fees already paid will not be refunded. In all cases, refunds will only be processed through the website. The company reserves the right to request the payment method details for identification and transaction cancellation purposes.


3. Refund ProcessIf the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with this Policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the company will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice and the returned item at one of the addresses listed above. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.


4. Item ExchangeItem exchanges can be made only in the company’s physical store. It is clarified that an item may be exchanged for one of equal value to the purchased item, or for an item of greater value, within 30 days from the purchase date, subject to payment of the price difference. Monetary credit will not be issued in the physical store.


5. General TermsThe customer agrees that the laws applicable to this Policy and any claim, demand, or dispute related to it shall be solely those of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive and sole jurisdiction of the competent court in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.The company reserves the right to update, add, or modify the terms of this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. However, the policy in effect at the time of order placement shall apply to that transaction.
