Shipping PolicyWe at Valley Heart Vintage (hereinafter: the "Company") will ensure that the order you placed on the website (hereinafter: the "Shipment") will arrive at the location of your choice as quickly as possible.

  • Business days are considered Sunday–Thursday and do not include weekends, national holidays, Jewish holidays, or memorial days.

Additional Shipping Terms:

  1. The Company reserves the right to change delivery times, delivery methods, and shipping fees from time to time as necessary.
  2. The shipment will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout, on a business day as defined above. Delivery will be made by 17:00 on the delivery date.
  3. If you are located in an area that cannot be reached by our courier services, we recommend providing an alternate delivery address within the available delivery zones as specified in this policy.

Shipping Costs:

  1. For orders over 300₪, shipping is free.
  2. For orders under 300₪, shipping costs 20₪ or 35₪ including VAT (depending on the type of delivery), and will be charged at the time of order placement.

Delivery Delays and Limitations:

  1. The Company will make every effort to deliver products within the delivery timeframe specified in this policy. If delivery is not possible within the given timeframe, you will be notified, and a new delivery time will be coordinated.
  2. The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver the product in the following cases:
  • Force majeure, including but not limited to war, hostilities, states of emergency, and natural disasters;
  • Strikes at suppliers of goods or services essential to the delivery process;
  • Circumstances beyond the control of the Website;
  • Issues related to the courier service provider;
  • Deliveries to areas with restricted access due to security concerns.
