1.1. This website [valleyheartvintage.com] (hereinafter: the "Website") serves as a virtual store for the sale of second-hand items. The Website is owned by Valley Heart Vintage (Adam Kalaf) (hereinafter: the "Company") and is operated by Adam Kalaf and/or anyone on his behalf.

Any use of the Website, including, without limitation, use of the information displayed on the Website and/or in other sources linked to the Website (hereinafter: the "Links"), as well as submission of any information, receiving offers, and/or purchasing products and/or services through the Website (hereinafter: the "Use of the Website") is subject to the terms outlined herein and the Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy].
1.3. The Company reserves the right, from time to time, to modify, limit, suspend, or replace the Website and/or these Terms of Use, at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly to stay informed of any modifications. You will have no claim or demand against the Company or the Website for such changes or any malfunctions that may occur during the implementation.
1.4. These Terms of Use are written in masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

(7) Understand that clicking “Complete Order” and receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute a purchase confirmation but rather a purchase offer.

(2) Claims from third parties regarding content uploaded by the User;

3. Purchasing Products on the Website
3.1. The Company may publish various second-hand products on the Website, including clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, hats, etc. (the "Products"). Products are inspected before sale, but may show minor wear due to their second-hand nature. The Company is not responsible for damage or wear following purchase.
3.2. If you wish to purchase a Product, you may submit a purchase offer to the Company, subject to the product’s sale terms as described on its page and in these Terms. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee the product will be supplied.
3.3. The Company will confirm or decline the offer via email within a reasonable time, subject to stock availability and successful payment. Upon acceptance, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and receipt ("Purchase Confirmation"). Delivery will be made via courier service, usually within 5 business days, according to our [Shipping Policy] and the courier company’s terms.
3.4. Only upon receiving the Purchase Confirmation email is the transaction considered complete.
3.5. After receiving a Purchase Confirmation, the order cannot be changed or canceled except according to the [Return & Exchage Policy]. For defective or mismatched items, users may contact the Company within 7 business days for return or exchange.
3.6. Shipments are handled by a courier company, with delivery within approximately 5 business days. Shipping fees apply unless stated otherwise. For canceled orders, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the replacement is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference.
4. Payment
4.1. Services on the Website require payment via credit card or PayPal.
4.2. Prices are listed in ILS and include VAT and applicable shipping costs. The price shown in the Purchase Confirmation is final. The Company may change pricing or terms at any time.

The product is returned in its original packaging and condition;
The original receipt is included;
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or mismatched.
9.2. The Company will inspect the returned product and issue a refund or replacement within 14 business days.
